Service Area & Appointments
Elemental IV Therapy is a mobile concierge service. We do not ship products. Every IV drip, NAD+ infusion, and vitamin injection is administered in person by a licensed registered nurse at your location.
We come to you
Your nurse comes to your home, hotel, office, or yacht with everything needed for your session, and cleans up afterward. There is no clinic to visit.
Where we travel
We currently serve Aventura, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Brickell, Miami, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale.
Outside these areas? Call or text (305) 560-8395 before booking. We will let you know whether we can travel to you and whether a travel fee applies. Any travel fee is confirmed with you before your appointment and is never charged without your agreement.
Availability
Most appointments are available within 24 hours, subject to nurse availability. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 10 PM.
How booking and confirmation work
- Book online. Choose your service and enter your preferred date, time, and visit address at checkout.
- Order confirmation. You receive an order confirmation email right away.
- Time confirmed by text. We text you to confirm your exact appointment time.
- Intake and health screening. You receive a secure email from our medical records system to complete your intake and consent forms, followed by a brief telehealth health screening with a licensed provider.
- Clearance. Once you are medically cleared, your visit goes ahead as scheduled. If a provider determines a treatment is not appropriate for you, you receive a full refund.
Before your visit
Please share any gate codes and any building, concierge, marina, or parking instructions when you book so your nurse can arrive on time.
