Elemental IV Therapy was founded by Leslie Comas, RN — a registered nurse with a background in NICU, critical care, and aesthetics. Leslie built Elemental around a simple idea: bring the same clinical rigor she practiced in the hospital directly to her clients' homes, offices, and hotels across Aventura and greater Miami, without losing an ounce of it to convenience.
From critical care to concierge care
Before founding Elemental, Leslie spent her nursing career in some of the highest-acuity settings in the field — the NICU and critical care — before moving into aesthetics. That combination shaped how she built Elemental: the discipline and precision of critical care nursing, applied to a concierge service designed around comfort, privacy, and how her clients actually live.

Leslie started Elemental because she saw a gap between the two: IV and wellness services that felt premium but weren't clinically rigorous, or ones that were clinically sound but felt like a walk-in clinic. Elemental is her answer — every session personally standardized by Leslie and administered by a licensed Registered Nurse, delivered with the same discretion and care she'd want for her own family.
