Studio & Brand Wellness Activations in South Florida
Studio & Brand Activations
A wellness partner for pilates and fitness studios, brand launches, and private client evenings — with an actual nurse behind it, not a branded table.
Activations live or die on whether the thing on offer is real. A licensed RN, medical-grade formulations, and physician-supervised protocols give your members or guests something with substance behind it.
- Licensed RN, never a technician
- Physician-supervised protocols
- We bring the full setup
- Pre-registration, not walk-up
Why these run on pre-registration
Here is the part most activation pitches skip. Every person receiving an injection or infusion needs clearance from a licensed provider first. That is not a formality we can wave through because it is an event.
So we run these on a registered-slot model. Your members or guests sign up in advance, complete a short telehealth screening, and we hold a specific window for each of them. A walk-up line where people queue and get treated on the spot is not something we will do, and you should be wary of anyone who offers it at your studio.
Practically, this also means you know your numbers before the day instead of hoping.
What we show up for
Studio Member Days
Pilates, yoga, and boutique fitness studios running a recovery or wellness day for members — usually a recurring quarterly fixture once the first one works.
Brand Launches
Wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands who want a real clinical element at an opening or press event rather than another sampling table.
Private Client Evenings
Med spas, aesthetics practices, and boutiques hosting existing clients — an offering that complements what you already do instead of competing with it.
Building & Residence Events
Condo wellness programming and amenity-deck events for residents, coordinated through building management.
Retreats & Workshops
Multi-day retreats and training intensives where recovery is part of the programme rather than an add-on.
Seasonal Pop-Ups
Art week, race weekends, and holiday programming — the dates when foot traffic and interest are already concentrated.
What we bring, and what we need
We arrive fully equipped — supplies, seating considerations, and a licensed nurse — and we take everything back out, sharps and waste included. What we need from you is a seated area away from the main floor, reasonable lighting, a clean surface to stage supplies, and a named contact on the day.
We will also want your promotion to carry the registration link rather than a generic invitation, so guests arrive already cleared. Send us your draft copy and we will make sure it says the right things.
Activation questions, answered
Can members just walk up on the day?
No. Everyone treated must have completed telehealth clearance in advance. We can usually accommodate someone who registers a day or two out, but not someone who decides during the event. Build your promotion around the sign-up link and this stops being an issue.
How many people can you handle at one activation?
It depends on the mix. Injections move quickly; drips take closer to 45 minutes each. For larger groups we bring more than one nurse. Give us your expected numbers and we will tell you what staffing the day actually needs rather than overpromising.
Do you offer injections as well as drips?
Yes — B12 and other intramuscular options are often the better fit for an activation, since they take minutes rather than the better part of an hour. Which options are available on a given day depends on provider orders and screening. See the injections list for the full range.
How far ahead should we plan?
Several weeks is comfortable — you need runway to promote it and your guests need time to complete clearance. Seasonal dates like art week should be discussed months out.
How does this work commercially?
Referral arrangements, flat event fees, and member-pays models all come up depending on whether you are hosting, co-marketing, or covering the cost for your members. Tell us what you have in mind and we will put terms in writing before the date.
An activation with something behind it
RN-administered. MD-supervised. Registered in advance, run properly.
