A peptide is a short chain of amino acids — smaller than a protein, large enough to carry instructions. Your body produces thousands of them, and they act as messengers: telling tissue to repair, prompting the pituitary to release growth hormone, directing skin to rebuild collagen.
Therapeutic peptides work the same way. Rather than flooding the system the way a broad supplement does, each one is chosen to speak to a specific pathway. That precision is the appeal — and the reason these are prescription medications reviewed by a physician rather than something you order off a shelf.
Peptide therapy is elective wellness care. It is not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for medical treatment of a diagnosed condition.

Growth Hormone & Sleep
A growth-hormone-releasing hormone analog that prompts your pituitary to release growth hormone on its own natural rhythm, rather than replacing it.

Body Composition
A paired protocol. One peptide signals the pituitary, the other amplifies the pulse — together producing a more pronounced release than either alone.

Skin & Cellular Renewal
A copper peptide, prescribed either as a subcutaneous injection or as a prescription-strength topical cream. Which form suits you is decided with your physician — and the cream is a meaningfully different preparation from the copper serums sold at retail.

Libido & Sexual Wellness
Also called bremelanotide. A melanocortin receptor agonist that acts centrally rather than on blood flow; bremelanotide is FDA-approved as Vyleesi, and the form we prescribe is compounded.
Commonly chosen forLibido and sexual wellness, for both women and men. Used as needed rather than daily.
Dosing, schedule, and course length are determined by the prescribing physician during your telehealth visit — they depend on your history and goals, and we don't publish them here. If you've read about a peptide we don't list, ask us. We only offer what our pharmacy can dispense and what our Medical Director is comfortable supervising.
Most telehealth peptide services send you straight to a prescriber. We don't. Before you're scheduled with the physician, you sit down with Elemental's clinical team and go through your history, your medications, and what you're actually trying to accomplish.
There's a practical reason. Several of these protocols have firm contraindications, and a prescriber visit spent discovering one is a visit — and a fee — nobody gets back. If peptide therapy isn't right for you, we'd rather tell you in a conversation than have you find out at the end of a consultation you paid for. And if it is right, you arrive at that visit with the groundwork already done.
It's the same reason a nurse reviews your intake before a drip. Screening isn't a formality here.
The Process
Five steps. Two of them involve you talking to a clinician, and one of them happens at your kitchen counter.
We review your health history, current medications, and goals — and tell you honestly whether peptide therapy makes sense for you before anyone else is involved.
If you're a candidate, we arrange your visit with the licensed prescriber. They evaluate you independently, determine the protocol and dosing, and write the prescription.
A licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares your protocol against your prescription and ships it directly to your address — not to us, and not to a pharmacy counter you have to visit.
You book a live video session and your Elemental RN walks you through the entire kit, on camera, in real time. You won't open that box alone.
We check in through the course, and the prescriber re-evaluates before any renewal. Reach out any time between — you have our number.
What Arrives
Your protocol ships from the pharmacy directly to your door. You are not sent to a drugstore to assemble supplies, and there is nothing to source separately.
GHK-Cu prescribed as a topical cream arrives without injection supplies. Sharps handling and safe disposal are covered during your training call.
Your Training Session
The part most services skip is the part we consider the whole point. Once your kit arrives, you book a live video session with your Elemental nurse and she teaches you how to use it — not a PDF, not a link to a generic tutorial. A real clinician, on camera, working through your own supplies with you.
Together you'll go through reconstitution and handling, drawing an accurate dose, site selection and rotation, injection technique with your own supplies in your own hands, storage and shelf life, safe sharps disposal, and what to do if something doesn't look right. You practise while someone who does this professionally watches and corrects you in real time.
Most clients are comfortable administering on their own by the end of that first call. If you'd rather book a second session before you go solo, ask — that's a reasonable thing to want, and we'd rather you be confident than quick.
Training is virtual by default, because it's faster to schedule and you're in your own kitchen with your own supplies either way. But if you'd rather have your nurse physically beside you the first time, ask. We're a concierge practice — we can't promise it for every client or every schedule, but we do go out for it, and it costs you nothing to raise.
Nervous about needles? Say so at your consultation. It's the most common thing we hear, it changes nothing about your candidacy, and it's worth knowing GHK-Cu can be prescribed as a topical cream, with no injection at all.
Safety & Eligibility
Peptide therapy is not appropriate for everyone, and some exclusions are absolute. The prescribing physician makes the final determination, but these are the conditions we screen for first — and the reason we screen before your prescriber visit rather than after.

Training is virtual by default; if you'd prefer your nurse there in person, ask and we'll arrange it when the schedule allows. GHK-Cu can also be prescribed as a topical cream, which requires no injection at all.
Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, has an active malignancy or a cancer not in remission for five years, has uncontrolled hypertension, significant kidney or liver impairment, or significant cardiovascular disease. Diabetes is a specific concern for Sermorelin. Nobody under 18. Certain medications and endocrine conditions also affect candidacy.
Peptides work on a cycle rather than a single dose, and most clients describe changes building over weeks rather than days. Sleep quality is often the first thing people mention. Your prescriber will set expectations for your specific protocol at your visit.
