500 mg Infusion
NAD+ Ignite
Our introductory tier. Ideal for first-time NAD+ patients or those building toward higher doses.
NAD+ is a coenzyme every cell needs to turn nutrients into energy — and levels fall with age and sustained stress. Elemental delivers it by IV, RN-administered and MD-supervised, to your home, office, or hotel across Aventura and greater Miami.

NAD+ 101
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in the body. It exists in two connected forms — NAD+, which is ready to accept electrons, and NADH, which carries them — and the two work together like a shuttle, moving electrons through your cells to generate usable energy. Your body makes NAD+ from precursors like vitamin B3 (niacin) and the amino acid tryptophan, which is part of why diet plays a role in your baseline levels.
Beyond energy production, NAD+ fuels the enzymes responsible for DNA repair, supports metabolic regulation, and helps limit damaging byproducts created during cellular stress. It's active in nearly every tissue, with especially high demand in energy-hungry systems like the brain, heart, muscles, and bones.
NAD+ declines as we get older, largely because cells consume it faster than the body replenishes it. Lower NAD+ has been associated with fatigue, slower recovery, and reduced mental clarity — the general sense of "running on less" that many patients describe. It's one reason NAD+ has become a focus for people interested in longevity and recovery: not as a treatment for any diagnosed condition, but as part of a broader approach to supporting how the body ages.
Boosting NAD+
Your body supports its own NAD+ production through diet — poultry, fish, beef, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and dairy all supply the B3 and tryptophan your cells use to make it — along with regular activity, quality sleep, and limiting alcohol. Oral NAD+ supplements are widely available, though absorption is limited by digestion, meaning a meaningful portion can break down before it reaches your bloodstream.
IV administration bypasses that limitation. Because NAD+ goes directly into circulation, the full dose is available to your cells immediately rather than passing through the digestive system first — the core reason patients choose an infusion when targeting a specific, measurable dose.
A note on our research
In preparing this page we referenced Cleveland Clinic's clinical overview of NAD+ for background on its biology and role in the body. This section is general education, not medical advice — NAD+ IV therapy at Elemental is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and all protocols are reviewed by our Medical Director and Clinical Director.
Our NAD+ Tiers
All three tiers use the same pharmacy-grade NAD+ in a separate IV bag alongside a hydration base, administered by a licensed RN.
500 mg Infusion
Our introductory tier. Ideal for first-time NAD+ patients or those building toward higher doses.
750 mg Infusion
Our mid tier. For patients who've completed an introductory infusion and are ready to go further.
1,000 mg Infusion
Our highest tier, for experienced NAD+ patients seeking maximum cellular replenishment in a single session.
A NAD+ IM booster (100 mg) is also available as a standalone injection or add-on — see our injections page for details.
What to Expect
NAD+ is infused slowly and separately from your hydration base, at a more deliberate pace than a standard drip. Some patients notice mild flushing or tightness in the chest during infusion — this is common, expected, and closely monitored by your nurse, who adjusts the rate to your comfort.
New patients complete a telehealth intake before the first NAD+ session.
Your nurse sets up wherever you are, confirms vitals, and talks you through pacing.
NAD+ runs in its own bag, slowly. Sessions take longer than a standard hydration drip.
Your RN stays with you start to finish and adjusts the rate whenever you need it.
Who It's For
NAD+ is most often requested by patients focused on longevity, cognitive clarity, and recovery from high physical or mental demand — frequent travelers, athletes, and anyone managing a demanding schedule. It is not a substitute for medical treatment of any diagnosed condition.
Medically supervised, always. NAD+ protocols are reviewed by our Medical Director and Clinical Director, and every infusion is administered in person by a licensed Registered Nurse. New patients complete a telehealth screening before their first NAD+ session. Learn more about the founder behind Elemental on our About page, or see where we travel in Aventura and Bal Harbour.
FAQ
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell that helps convert nutrients into usable energy, supports DNA repair, and regulates metabolism. Levels decline naturally with age, which is why many patients look to support them through diet, lifestyle, or direct IV delivery.
Longer than a standard hydration drip — NAD+ is infused at a deliberate pace. Your nurse will give you a time estimate based on your chosen dose at the start of your session.
NAD+ is administered under protocols reviewed by our Medical Director and Clinical Director, by a licensed RN, following a telehealth screening for new patients. Some patients experience mild, temporary flushing during infusion.
This varies by patient and goal. Many clients start with an introductory session and space follow-ups out from there — ask your nurse for a recommendation based on your goals at booking.
NAD+ is infused separately from other drips due to its administration pace, but many clients book it alongside a hydration session in the same visit.
RN-administered. MD-supervised. Delivered to your door across Aventura and greater Miami.
