How IM shots work

Intramuscular injections deliver concentrated nutrients directly into muscle tissue for efficient absorption, with no IV required. The injection takes a few minutes, is administered in person by a licensed RN, and every session includes a 15-minute post-injection monitoring period.

What's in our shots

• B12 (methylcobalamin). Energy, focus, and metabolic support. One of our most-requested additions.
• B-Complex. The full B-vitamin family for energy and focus.
• MICC. A metabolic blend used to support energy and metabolism.
• Glutathione. A powerful antioxidant supporting skin radiance and cellular defense.
• Biotin. Supports hair, skin, and nail health.
• Vitamin D3. Supports immune function and bone health, useful for indoor-heavy schedules even in South Florida.
• Tri-Immune. An immune-support blend, popular during travel season.
• NAD+ (100 mg). A lighter-touch alternative to a full NAD+ infusion.
• Niagen (NR). Nicotinamide riboside, a precursor your body uses to make NAD+.

Standalone or add-on

Book a shot on its own, choose a bundle, or add one to any drip. Your nurse can also recommend additions on-site based on your goals.

How it works

1. Add to your visit. Choose your shots and pick your date, time, and address at checkout.
2. Quick screening. A brief telehealth intake confirms you're a safe candidate. If you aren't cleared, you're refunded in full.
3. We come to you. A licensed RN administers your injection wherever you are.
