Official rules
  1. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
  2. Sponsor: Elemental IV Therapy ("Elemental IV & Wellness").
  3. Eligibility: Open to Florida residents 18 or older. Employees of the sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.
  4. Entry period: October 17, 2026 through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Enter by submitting the form on this page. Limit one entry per person; duplicate entries are disregarded.
  5. Prize: One (1) Zephyr immunity IV drip (approximate retail value $295), administered by an Elemental nurse within our South Florida service area. Must be redeemed by January 31, 2027. Not transferable, no cash value.
  6. Medical clearance: All IV services require a good faith exam and clearance by a licensed provider. If the winner is not cleared for the prize drip, the sponsor may offer a service of equal or lesser value the winner is cleared for.
  7. Drawing: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 3, 2026, and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be drawn. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Privacy: Entry information is used to run this giveaway and to send Elemental emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
