What Is an Intramuscular Injection?
An intramuscular injection delivers a nutrient or compound directly into muscle tissue — typically the upper arm or glute — using a small needle. From there, the substance is absorbed into the bloodstream through the surrounding capillaries, bypassing the digestive system entirely.
The result is significantly higher bioavailability than oral supplementation. A B12 tablet has to survive stomach acid, depend on adequate intrinsic factor production in your gut, and absorb through the small intestine — a process that is variable at best and ineffective at worst. A B12 injection enters your tissue directly. There's no digestion, no uncertainty, no waiting.

Our most requested standalone shot. We use Methylcobalamin — the bioactive form of B12 that your body uses directly, without requiring conversion. The B12 Boost is the foundational shot — the one most clients start with and many keep coming back for weekly.
Glow Shot (Glutathione)
Glutathione is the body's master antioxidant — produced naturally in every cell, but depleted steadily by stress, toxin exposure, aging, and the cumulative load of modern life. As an IM injection, Glutathione supports cellular detoxification, reduces oxidative stress, and is known for its visible effect on skin tone and brightness. MICC / Metabolic Boost

Vitamin D3

IM Shots vs. IV Drips — How to Choose
The right choice depends on what you're trying to accomplish and how much time you have.
IV drips deliver higher volumes of nutrients over a longer period — typically 45 to 60 minutes — and allow for combinations that aren't possible intramuscularly. They're the right choice for comprehensive wellness resets, recovery from significant depletion, or when you want the full fluid volume alongside the nutrients.
IM shots are targeted and fast. They're ideal when you need a specific nutrient delivered efficiently, when you want to add on to an existing wellness routine, or when your schedule doesn't allow for a full IV session. Many of our regular clients alternate — a full drip every few weeks, an IM shot or stack in between.
